To achieve such compliance, The Sales Services Australia’s group through its Health Audit Compliance division, has this week completed its 3rd national audit of ATF across regional and metro Australia.
The programme helps ATF identify areas where communications to its locations, staff and members can be improved to further enhance the experience for all stakeholders. Staff using both internal software not only record information based on a unique reporting template, but also coach staff onsite across areas needing improvement.
