SalesReps Australia is an outsourced sales force employment and management company that employs approximately 300 field sales professionals across all regions of Australia and New Zealand. Each one of these 300 sales professionals is recruited specifically for the client that has engaged our services based on their specific needs and wants.

Once engaged these sales professionals will carry the business card of the one client they represent, yet their employment and day to day process and performance management is the responsibility of a Performance Manager at SalesReps Australia. The client is still involved with the sales team from a product support and logistics basis, with the day to day where are they, what are they doing, and how can they do it better, managed by SalesReps Australia.

Staff can be secured in any metro or regional area of Australia or New Zealand, with hours of representation matched to each regions needs. With no lock in contracts from a tenure perspective, clients are able to engage a team of sales professionals for as long as value is derived.

All sales professionals are engaged to work the key selling hours of a day and week, which is typically 10am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and 10am to 12noon on a Friday, while being reactive all other hours. By employing sales professionals this way, we are able to provide a highly focused sales force structure for approximately $50,000 per year per sales person less than traditionally engaged sales representation.
